The Finance Committee has considered:                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 63                                                             
An Act extending the motor fuel tax exemption for fuel sold for               
use in jet propulsion aircraft to fuel used in those aircraft for              
flights that continue from a foreign country; and providing for an             
effective date.                                                                
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 63(FIN)                                                 
An Act relating to the motor fuel tax and to the definition of                
motor fuel under that tax; and providing for an effective date.
